A number of workshops were conducted in September 2015 across India for TASL, Honeywell, Time Inc and for a bunch of young leaders in Coimbatore (a Shakti group initiative). Sensei David Dangerfield facilitated the TASL senior leadership team in selecting the core values that would represent the organisation. The exercise also drew out a plan to distill the values into everyday activities of the organisation and the behaviour of individuals.
The money raised from the SL workshops conducted in May for TASL and Honeywell was used to complete the construction of the Visitor’s centre at ProtoVillage.
